Calling All Canvassers!
Indivisible Napa is partnering with the Democrats of Napa Valley to canvass in our neighborhoods for Prop 50/the Redistricting Act that is on the ballot November 4th. The next canvas (and training) will be September 20th.
As partisan gerrymandering in states like Texas threatens to undermine democracy, California is stepping up with Proposition 50, the Election
Rigging Response Act. It is vital that voters are informed, and we will be organizing canvasses in the Napa Valley.
Canvassing has been shown time and again to be the most effective way to engage with voters. Don’t worry if you’ve never done this before–we’ll cover
everything you need to know. Once you get going, you’ll find that talking to voters is fun and rewarding.

Who will we be canvassing?
We will be knocking doors of people who don’t always vote in mid-term elections, but are Democrats and/or no party preference.
What do I need to bring?
You will need a smartphone to download the “PDI Connect App” (with a BLUE background). We will show you and get you started.
Once I get trained, can I canvass on my own?
Yes, once you get started you will be able to canvass anytime!
